J & B Accounting Group LLC
Welcome to J & B Accounting Group LLC. By purchasing a subscription or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
J & B Accounting Group LLC provides bookkeeping, payroll support, financial reporting, advisory services, and tax preparation for eligible clients based on the subscription plan selected.
Services are strictly limited to those outlined within the Client’s chosen plan. Any additional services requested outside the scope of the subscription will be quoted separately and performed only upon client approval.
All services are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By enrolling in a plan, Client authorizes J & B Accounting Group LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file each billing cycle. Failure to process payment may result in immediate suspension of services, removal of access to Firm-owned software, and termination of the subscription. Accounts that remain unpaid may be sent to collections.
All fees paid to J & B Accounting Group LLC are non-refundable. Due to the professional nature of accounting services and the allocation of time and resources, refunds will not be issued for partial months, unused services, client cancellation, or failure to provide required documentation.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. If payment is not received, services will automatically terminate and access to software platforms — including QuickBooks — will be revoked. No cancellation fees apply.
QuickBooks subscriptions and related software provided as part of the service are owned and managed by J & B Accounting Group LLC. Upon termination of services, client access will be removed. Financial data may be exported upon written request within thirty (30) days of termination. Data migration, rebuilds, or conversions are not included and may incur additional fees.
To ensure accuracy and maintain the highest professional standards, tax preparation services are provided exclusively to clients whose bookkeeping is maintained by J & B Accounting Group LLC. Clients seeking tax-only services may be declined. If bookkeeping records require cleanup or correction, such services will be billed separately.
Client agrees to provide complete and accurate financial information, submit documentation in a timely manner, respond promptly to requests, and review financial reports. J & B Accounting Group LLC is not responsible for errors, penalties, or compliance issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the Client.
The Firm does not guarantee specific financial results, tax outcomes, profitability, or audit outcomes. All services are performed in accordance with professional standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of J & B Accounting Group LLC for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the fees paid by Client during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Firm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless J & B Accounting Group LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from false or misleading information, failure to comply with tax obligations, or misuse of financial reports.
J & B Accounting Group LLC maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client financial data and will not disclose information except as required by law or with client authorization.
J & B Accounting Group LLC operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, or agent of the Client.
The Firm reserves the right to decline or terminate services at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving nonpayment, lack of cooperation, suspected illegal activity, or ethical conflicts.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved within Florida jurisdiction.
By purchasing a subscription or engaging services, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
